If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 100.00% of the reservation value. Meals are served buffet style. It is possible to pay extra for a gluten-free diet 30 PLN / day - it is necessary to notify the reception before arrival.

Between 13:00-14:00 it is possible to purchase an additional meal - lunch (2 soups + bread) for the price of 15 PLN / person.

Basic information

At check-in, it is necessary to present an identity document confirming the guest's age. If the guest has not reached the age of 60, a surcharge of PLN 35 / per night will be added.
Hotel day starts at 2:00 PM and ends at 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
The stay starts with dinner on the arrival day and ends with breakfast on the departure day.
Treatments are not performed on the day of arrival, departure, Sundays, and holidays.
Hairdressing services are available on the premises.
As of June 19, 2023, the property does not accept reservations for stays with pets.
