FACADE RENOVATION
We would like to inform you that, starting in May 2026, our building is undergoing a thermal modernization project, which will include insulating the facade and replacing windows. The planned completion date has been extended to the end of November 2026. The renovation will only cover the floors excluding guest rooms. Work will not be carried out directly on the windows and balconies of your rooms. We will endeavor to adjust the renovation schedule accordingly and make every effort to avoid interrupting your stay.
ENTRANCE STAIR RENOVATION, DISABLED RAMP REMOVAL, AND ELEVATOR INSTALLATION
We would also like to inform you that renovation work is underway at the main entrance to our building. The disabled ramp has been removed. The stairs are being renovated, and an elevator for disabled people will be installed soon. Due to the nature of the work, there are traffic disruptions as the building does not have an alternative entrance adapted to the needs of people with limited mobility or strollers. The completion date has been extended to the end of September 2026.
ROOM RENOVATIONS
The property will be closed in November 2026 due to renovations to the residential rooms. The most disruptive work is planned for this time. The property will reopen in December 2026. Some of the rooms that have already been modernized will be available to guests, but renovations will continue on the mixed floors. The completion date for the room renovations is planned for spring 2027 (subject to change).
