We would like to inform you that, starting in May 2026, our building will be undergoing thermal modernization, which will include insulating the façade and replacing windows. The planned completion date has been extended to the end of September 2026. This completion date is subject to change. The renovation will only cover the floors excluding guest rooms. Work will not be carried out directly on the windows and balconies of your rooms. We will endeavor to adjust the renovation schedule accordingly and make every effort to avoid interrupting your stay.
We also inform you that from August 10th to September 12th, 2026 (the end date may change), modernization work will be carried out at the main entrance to our building (demolition of the ramp and installation of an elevator for people with disabilities). Due to the nature of the work, traffic disruptions will occur during this period. The building will not have an alternative entrance adapted to the needs of people with limited mobility or strollers.
In November 2026, the property will be closed due to renovations to the residential rooms. The most disruptive work is planned for this time. The property will reopen in December 2026. Some of the rooms that have already been modernized will be available to guests, but renovations will continue on the mixed floors. The completion date for the room renovations is planned for spring 2027 (subject to change).
